Terms of Service
A $100 non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking. Remainder of the balance will be due no later than 5 days prior to the event date.
Your party date is NOT confirmed until your $100 deposit is made.
Once the deposit is paid, be mindful that your remaining party balance must be paid in full no less than 5 days prior to your party date. If it is not paid by this time, your party may be subject to cancellation without a refund on any amount paid toward the party, including the initial $100 deposit.
If a party needs to be CANCELED for any reason you will forfeit your $100 deposit. However, we understand that life happens so if you need to RESCHEDULE your party please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate that!
Each tent set up will require a minimum space of 76"L x 42"W.
Party area must be emptied and cleaned prior to our arrival for set up.
Set up and break down will take roughly 1-2 hours and is included in the price.
Tent set up and break down time is 11am unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon.
Tent rentals are for 24 hours (unless an alternative rental period is negotiated at time of booking)
We deliver, set up, and collect the following day. Each teepee will have its own mattress and fully decorated bed. Depending on your theme, accessories include battery operated fairy lights, table lights, garland, tray tables, themed pillows, blankets, and name signs. Our team makes every effort to ensure your setup looks magical and inviting. Tips are welcome and appreciated. Please take care nothing is broken or damaged as this incurs additional charges. Thank you!
Due to allergy and damage concerns pets will need to be kept off of all Southern Whimsy items. If items are found to have pet hair or damage upon pickup you will be charged a cleaning fee of $30 an item or the cost to replace it depending on level of damage.
It is the responsibility of the Customer to take care of any and all Southern Whimsy property and to supervise children around the rental materials.
Southern Whimsy will not be responsible for any injuries or physical damages to individuals or property due to our services.
Once our equipment is set up we accept no liability for any accidents, personal injuries or loss of property.
You are renting this equipment at your own risk.
Southern Whimsy asks that no craft supplies, makeup, nail polish, food or drinks be inside or around the tents at any time. Dirty or damaged items will be subject to a cleaning or replacement fee.
All parties must be held in smoke-free environments. Southern Whimsy reserves the right to forfeit your booking without refund if we find your property to contain cigarette smoke.
Southern Whimsy reserves the right to forfeit your booking upon arrival to your property if we feel our equipment could be compromised or damaged due to unhygienic conditions. No refund will be given.
